United Bank of India is leading nationalized Bank. It is about to start a recruitment process by which 751 Clerical Cadre Single Window Operator (SWO) will be appointed through personal Interview. Candidates who have qualified in IBPS Common Written Examination for Clerk 2011-12 are eligible to apply for this vacancy. Online applications in this concern are invited from candidates having secured at least 24 marks & 21 marks whether they belong to Unreserved & reserved category respectively in each subject of IBPS Clerk 2011. No. of Vacancies: – 751 (UR-379, OBC-163, SC-157, ST-52)
State – wise vacancies are as follow: – West Bengal-576, Andhra Pradesh-05, Assam-37, Bihar-10, Delhi-17, Gujarat-05, Jharkhand-20, Maharashtra-08, Mizoram-07, Orissa-18, Tamilnadu-05, Tripura-11, UP-32
Age Limit: – Candidates age should be fallen between 18-28 years level as on 01.08.2011.
Age Relaxation: – Candidates of SC/ST & OBC are liable to get 05 years & 03 years upper age relaxation. 05 years of relaxation will also be given to resident of J& K during trouble time, victim of 1984 riots. Ex-servicemen may also call for benefit of upper age relaxation.
Educational Qualification: – Should have passed at least 12th with 60% marks or having either higher degree.
Scale of Pay: – Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300
Selection Procedure: - Candidates fulfill above suitability will be called for personal interview. Result of personal interview and marks obtained in IBPS will be counted collectively for making merit list to opt eligible candidates.
Period of Probation: – 06 months of initial timing are allotted for period of probation for selected candidates.
Application Fee: – Rs. 100/- (Rs. 20/- only for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen) has to deposit in either branch of United Bank of India through prescribed payment challan. Through NEFT of any Bank above amount can also be paid.
